Job Description / Responsibility
  • Assess employee developmental needs, develop and drive training initiatives
  • Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employee & organizational development
  • Effective designing and coordinating of training, professional development and continuous learning for employees
  • Manage, design, facilitate and implement organizational development plans that enhance the effectiveness of employee performance
  • Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
  • Manage all aspects of performance consulting programs. Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons into learning part
  • Influence new concepts and drive change that supports organization initiatives
  • Develop and maintain communications such as Intranet, newsletters and other internal communications to ensure employees have knowledge of HR related issues.

Educational Requirements
MBA (Major in HRM) / Masters in relevant discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 8 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant areas
  • Ability to analyze and use HR information and generate HR reports/documents.
  • Ability to understand policy issues, HR action and changes
  • Has the vision for development issues and project implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bengali.
