Job Description / Responsibility
- Assess employee developmental needs, develop and drive training initiatives
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employee & organizational development
- Effective designing and coordinating of training, professional development and continuous learning for employees
- Manage, design, facilitate and implement organizational development plans that enhance the effectiveness of employee performance
- Consult with management on performance, organizational, and leadership matters
- Manage all aspects of performance consulting programs. Identify and incorporate best practices and lessons into learning part
- Influence new concepts and drive change that supports organization initiatives
- Develop and maintain communications such as Intranet, newsletters and other internal communications to ensure employees have knowledge of HR related issues.
Educational Requirements
MBA (Major in HRM) / Masters in relevant discipline with a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management.
Experience Requirements: Minimum 8 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant areas
- Ability to analyze and use HR information and generate HR reports/documents.
- Ability to understand policy issues, HR action and changes
- Has the vision for development issues and project implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bengali.
