Job Description / Responsibility
PROTEEVA is a 5-year (2010-2015) Early Childhood Education and Development activity to prepare the children for the school to excel their peers in the upper grades and to complete the full primary education cycle. This position is responsible for spending 50% of time for School Health & Nutrition (SHN) and the rest 50% for Early Childhood Development (ECD) and Primary Education (PE), planning and implementing activities including providing technical assistance to Partner/NGO staff, Govt. counterpart and concerned officials. S/he will also be responsible for providing programmatic support and assist capacity building initiatives according to the guidance of SC-USA PROTEEVA central team.

Educational Requirements - Masters in Social Science or equivalent

Experience Requirements - Minimum 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
04 years of relevant working experience including 02 years in a supervisory position at field level, proven knowledge and experience on process facilitation and coordination, excellent interpersonal communication skills, presentation skill, Hands-on computer operating skills (MS Office/MS Excel), readiness to travel to field areas at least 70% of time are essential. Advanced diploma/knowledge on public health and/or child health and nutrition and/or child education & development will be given preference.
