  • The bank is currently seeking a Senior Training Manager, for the Consumer Banking Academy based in Dhaka. This will be a permanent role with the Bank.
  • Job Description: To deliver best in class training to the RMs, BMs and sales & service staff in an effective manner that ensures we have a well trained frontline force in Distribution. The job holder will also be responsible for an assigned business vertical for liaising with key stakeholders in the assigned business.

Job Description / Responsibility

  • The bank is currently seeking a Manager - Work Force Management for the Contact centre based in Dhaka. This will be a permanent role with the Bank.
  • Job Description:
  • Organize and manage workload through accurate forecasts, staffing calculations, schedules, real-time monitoring and management reports.
  • Preparing & recruiting agent pool for Contact Center.
  • Looking after HR issues and arranging motivational programs for Contact Center agents.
  • Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Ensures effective and efficient utilization of resources for meeting service level and response time objectives across all contact channels
  • Responsible for completing project-level activities & tasks and ensuring business requirements are identified and implemented.
  • Analyses call volume, call trends and call arrival patterns and report on any exceptional deviations.
  • Development of ad-hoc workload forecasts for all operational areas in the Division to assist in developing staffing plans for projects as well as ongoing development of long term capacity plans to provide accurate workload predictions for annual budgeting and planning.
  • Analysis of data and preparing of reports.

Educational Requirements - Graduate, preferably in Business

Experience Requirements - 3 to 4 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3/4 years of experience in this field.
  • Excellent communication skill both in Engliish and Bangla.
  • Strong leadership capacity including strong communications, negotiations, and interpersonal skills,
