Job Description / Responsibility

- To be on probation for two years at a monthly consolidated salary of Tk. 15,000/- for the first year and Tk. 20,000/- for the second year and to be confirmed in the position of “Junior Officer (Cash)” at a monthly gross salary of Tk. 25,000/- (in the regular scale of pay) after successful completion of probation period.
Educational Requirements
- Master Degree or 4- year Bachelor Degree in any discipline with a minimum of a 2nd class in all academic levels
- Equivalence between Class/Division and Grade points:*
- SSC/HSC/Equivalent Exams:
- GPA>=3.00=1st Division; GPA>=2.00=2nd Division; GPA>=1.00=3rd Division
- Graduation/Post Graduation/Equiv. Exams:
- GPA>=3.00=1st Class; GPA>=2.25=2nd Class; GPA>=1.65=3rd Class
Additional Job Requirements
- Age not over 30 years on 20 November 2011
- Willingness to serve for a minimum period of 5 years in the bank
- Computer literacy
